Refund Policy
SEO Upscale services are digital SEO review and consulting services. Because access begins shortly after purchase, refund eligibility is limited.
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if an SEO Upscale platform error, application error, checkout issue, or system-related technical problem prevents you from accessing or completing your purchased service.
Before issuing a refund, SEO Upscale will first make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, restore access, or provide an alternate way to complete the service. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.
Refunds are not provided for user input errors, incorrect website URLs, incorrect email addresses, failure to complete the questionnaire, change of mind, customer internet/connection problems, third-party website access issues, or issues outside the SEO Upscale platform.
To request a refund, reply to your order email or contact sales@seoupscale.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on Stripe, the customer’s bank, or the customer’s card provider.
If a refund is issued, access to unused Snapshot scans, re-checks, questionnaires, report links, or Professional Analysis work may be revoked.
All purchases are securely processed through Stripe. SEO Upscale does not store full payment card details.
Who you are contracting with
SEO Upscale is a digital SEO review and consulting product operated by Telework Design LLC. When you purchase or use SEO Upscale you are entering into an agreement with Telework Design LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at sales@seoupscale.com.
What we provide
The SEO Upscale Snapshot is an automated digital SEO and online visibility snapshot: you answer a 40-question assessment and receive a scored report, priority fixes, and an action plan generated automatically. The SEO Upscale Professional Analysis includes that Snapshot plus a manual review carried out by SEO Upscale after payment and after you submit the Professional Analysis intake questionnaire, resulting in a detailed written SEO enhancement report.
Delivery of services
All SEO Upscale services are digital. Reports are delivered online and/or by email. Professional Analysis reports may be delivered through a secure DocSend link. No physical goods are shipped. Support and delivery questions go to sales@seoupscale.com.
Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, submitting a Snapshot, or purchasing any SEO Upscale service, you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Order process and payment provider
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. SEO Upscale does not store full payment card details. Stripe provides payment-related customer service and handles returns on our behalf. Charges may appear on your bank statement as LINK.COM* SEO UPSCALE.

Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. That includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing anyone’s intellectual property, uploading malware, probing or scraping the site, or attempting to bypass technical limits or access controls.
Accurate information
Your Snapshot, action plan, and any manual review are based on the information you provide. Please give accurate business, website, and contact details and keep them up to date. Missing or inaccurate details can delay a Professional Analysis delivery.
Intellectual property
Telework Design LLC owns the SEO Upscale website, scoring methodology, fix guides, report templates, branding, and software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use your own reports for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the service.
Service availability
We work to keep SEO Upscale available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Automated checks depend on third-party sites and services that may be temporarily unavailable.
No guaranteed results
SEO Upscale provides an assessment, action plan, and professional review. Search rankings, traffic, and revenue depend on factors outside our control, so no specific ranking or business outcome is guaranteed.
Included rescans
The SEO Upscale Snapshot includes one automated follow-up rescan after you complete your recommended fixes. Additional automated rescans and the Professional Analysis are priced separately.
Manual vs. automated
The included rescan is automated. A the Professional Analysis includes real marketer review time and is priced separately from automated rescans.
Timeline
SEO Upscale Professional Analysis deliveries are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on how quickly access and background details are shared.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Use of your information
Information you provide is used to generate your Snapshot, action plan, and any purchased review. We do not sell your contact information or share it with unrelated third parties. See our Privacy Notice for full details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Telework Design LLC is registered, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless applicable law in your country requires otherwise.
