What SEO Upscale Pro is
SEO Upscale Pro is a professional-use version of SEO Upscale that lets you assess, educate and track improvements for up to 5 client businesses using the SEO Upscale platform.
SEO Upscale Pro does not perform SEO services for you or for your client. It is an assessment, education and improvement tool: it shows where a client business stands online, explains what each finding means in plain English, and shows what changed after improvements are made.
SEO Upscale is not an SEO agency and does not provide done-for-you SEO or consulting work as part of SEO Upscale Pro. You remain the professional advising your client; SEO Upscale provides the assessment, the explanation and the progress tracking.

Is SEO Upscale Pro a subscription?
No. SEO Upscale Pro is a one-time $199 purchase.
Does it automatically renew?
No. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. If you need more capacity later, you choose to buy another pack.
Can reports be white-labeled?
No. SEO Upscale branding remains on all Snapshots, reports, PDFs and shared report links. Reports identify the client business and the professional who prepared them.
How many businesses can I assess?
Up to 5 client businesses per pack.
How many rescans are included?
2 included rescans per client business. Included rescans belong to the client business they were used for and cannot be pooled or moved to another business.
How does AI Help work?
AI Help explains findings and fixes in more detail on request. You get up to 10 new AI Help generations per client business. Opening AI Help you have already generated does not use another generation.
What if I need more than 5 businesses?
Need capacity for additional businesses? You can purchase another 5-client Pro Pack for $199 through the same Pro account, which adds 5 more client businesses.
What happens after both included rescans are used?
You can purchase an additional rescan for that specific client business for $19. Additional rescans are client-specific.
How long can I use the pack?
12 months from the purchase date. Anything unused at the end of that period expires.
What happens after 12 months?
You get 30 additional days of read-only access to view, export and download your completed reports. After that window the pack is archived and is no longer available online.
Does SEO Upscale do the SEO work for my client?
SEO Upscale is not an SEO agency and does not provide done-for-you SEO or consulting work as part of SEO Upscale Pro. You remain the professional advising your client; SEO Upscale provides the assessment, the explanation and the progress tracking.
Use period and access
One-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. Each pack may be used for 12 months from the purchase date. A client business is added to your pack when its initial Snapshot is generated, and its included rescans and AI Help generations belong to that business — they cannot be pooled, transferred or moved to a different business, even if the client is archived. Anything unused expires at the end of the 12-month use period, followed by 30 days to view, export and download your completed reports.
In short: 12 months to use your included assessments, then 30 days of read-only/download access before the pack is archived. Full details are in our Terms and Refund Policy.
